                                                The development of nonferrous metal mineral resources is the core business
                                                and
                                                primary pillar of growth for China Nonferrous Metal Mining (Group) Co., Ltd.
                                                (CNMC). The company currently controls 28 mining-related projects both in
                                                China
                                                and abroad, with a total of 18.34 million tonnes of mineral reserves in
                                                major
                                                nonferrous metals. This includes 11.29 million tonnes of copper, 5.96
                                                million
                                                tonnes of lead and zinc, 470,000 tonnes of cobalt, 340,000 tonnes of nickel,
                                                and
                                                290,000 tonnes of tungsten, tin, and molybdenum combined. CNMC has
                                                established a
                                                complete industrial chain encompassing mineral exploration, mining,
                                                beneficiation, and smelting, with a total annual copper smelting capacity of
                                                nearly 1.7 million tonnes. The Group holds 39 mining rights across China and
                                                internationally, covering a total area of 1,198 square kilometers, of which
                                                1,176 square kilometers are located abroad—in countries such as the
                                                Democratic
                                                Republic of the Congo (DRC), Zambia, Mongolia, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan,
                                                Myanmar,
                                                and Indonesia.
